FAQs

Frequently asked questions about donations.

What will my donation go towards?

Our campaigns currently support five post-secondary institutions among five refugee camps on the Thai-Myanmar border. Funding provides students and faculty with classroom supplies and stationery, stipends for teachers, and other operational costs of the schools such as utilities or transportation

Are there other ways I can donate besides doing it online?

If you would like to issue a check, do a wire transfer, or have any other method in mind contact Karing.Frontiers@gmail.com and one of our team members can assist you!

Is my donation tax deductible?

Because Karing Frontiers is a fiscally sponsored project of Social Good Fund (SGF), a California nonprofit organization, tax-deductions will only be available for US taxpayers. The Tax ID number of SGF is 46-1323531.

How do I get my donation matched by my company?

Once you make your donation to our campaign, request for a matching gift form at your company. Issue the donation to “Social Good Fund”, and in the comments or donation note write “Karing Frontiers”. All incoming funds for our campaign are processed by Social Good Fund, a California registered 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID, EIN: 46-1323531) and also Karing Frontiers’ fiscal sponsor.
